Conception
noun
The act of conceiving, the act of intelligence.
Example: I like to do conception.

noun
Used to conform the piece produced
Example: This conformer makes the parts suitable.

demoulding angle
noun
In molding, the draft or draft angle is the inclination of the walls of the mold necessary to facilitate the release of the part. We speak of undercut when the shape of the part prohibits direct release from the mold.
Example: The demoulding angle is not sufficient.

ejection point
noun
the ejection points on a piece comes from the ejection of it.
Example: The ejection point is too obvious.

noun
an ejection tail pushes a plate in order to eject the plastic part from the mold.
Example: The ejection tail is broken.

Extruded
verb
Shape (a material such as metal or plastic) by forcing it through a die.
Example: extruded plastic in a mold.

Hydraulic

Hydraulics is a technology and an applied science whose object is to study the mechanical properties of liquids and fluids. Fluid mechanics is a fundamental science which forms the theoretical basis of hydraulics.
Example: An injection molding machine can be hydraulics.

Isotropic
adjective
Isotropy characterizes the invariance of the physical properties of a medium as a function of direction. The opposite of isotropy is anisotropy.
Example: This plastic tends to present an isotropy.

Laboratory
noun
A research laboratory is a social structure made up of a working framework for researchers. It can be affiliated with a university, a museum, or a scientific research organization. This term is used without necessarily implying that laboratory work is carried out there.
Example: This laboratory complies with the regulations.

Mold for plastic injection

Polymers are a class of materials. From a chemical point of view, a polymer is a set made up of several macromolecules. The best-known polymers are: natural fibers: polyholoside fibers: cellulose: wood, paper, natural textiles.

Production is an economic activity that exploits the resources of labor and capital, called factors of production, with the aim of producing goods or services from intermediate consumption (goods or services purchased from other companies and then transformed).

Screw
noun
A fixing screw, commonly called a screw, is a mechanical part, comprising a threaded rod and a head; it is intended for fixing one or more parts by pressure. Fixing by screws creates a plane connection on a removable plane, by prestressing the two parts to be assembled.

A traction test is a physical experiment which makes it possible to: determine the elastic behavior of a material; measuring the degree of breaking strength of a material; and this in a state of uniaxial stress.
